utsb=utara,timor,selatan,barat=4 directions,
place the code 8421 in binary and view the direction @"utara"
(from top to bottom)then View the direction @ "timor"(from right to left),
and so on it is easy to read set in VBA funtions,automatic,come out 8421(utara),1248(timor),8421(selatan),1248(barat),
