Magnum incurs RM36mil loss in third quarter

MAGNUM Corp Bhd reported a net loss of RM36.2mil for its third quarter ended Sept 30, the first time in memory it went into the red, partly as a result of its gaming operations.
The company said the loss was caused by a higher prize payout ratio and impairment loss in investments and quoted associated companies.
