What if the top 3 numbers and practically all starters n cons are numbers that start with ..let say 8xxx or 9xxx..
Can the code be in decimals as at best 99/10 = 9900. So if the first prize is 9983... u need 99.83 / 10 = 9.983 = 9983 ....
Am trying to comprehend the mathematics... At least I can learn faster...
