i don't think he can help at all.
if he is good, than he is already somebody.
over here in this forum is to learn and understand the game being play. sharing informations is very importance.
in gambling, tips is important too (high changes type) not simply giving out many number and hope to strike one of it.
it take times and a lot of money to master the game.
if no capital than it is very difficult to win.
