Kenapa magnum letak 0 kat hexcode manakala nilai 0 tu ada kat bar code?

aku rasa ada sebab tertentu...
mesti ada nyerrr,
aku cuba cari ni tengah study ni tak habih lagi....
aku dah dapat decimal hex 1 hingga 4...
mungkin kali, bahagi tambah atau tolak...
