Of course Line 4 never carry value of 0
What i meant is any value of Line 4, plus (+), value of (0) appeared on Hex should not more than F(15)...Total all together.

but i do not understand :
1) line 4 + 0(value)
2) exceed 15(f)
line 4 cannot be 0 and what do you mean exceed 15?
