The secret of win a 4d lottery is never been easy and is 70% human effort + 30% luck.
As u all can see from forum here, everyday u will saw many post regarding hot tips to win 4d. They are so many method they use to predict hot tips including the use of chart, +73 method, bar code method, etc.. and i can 100% tell u this is the con-man method. mostly they will post some number(mayb generated from lucky pick), then there will some victims go sms the "con-man" to get some tips. The con-man will give them some tips to buy but have to promise give them certain percent of rewards if the number win. From here u can see the victims indirectly help the "con-man" to buy some number. Just imagine u buy 100 pairs of number, of coz one of two or even more will hit the prize. For the lucky victim who win the lottery with "con-man" tips, they still thought is the "con-man" effort who help them win and have to give them certain amount of the rewards, in fact, they are just one of the chess... i rase ni toto4u otak sikit cacat. Master pump up boy sudah cakap 4d ni main dgn kebarangkalian, tau kebarangkalian?? pro****lity!!! nos yang master postkan adalah nos yang kebarangkalian tinggi boleh kena tapi tak jamin 100% kena... kalau Master Pump up boy boleh keluar nos yang confirm 100% keluar Rabu ni, dia bukan lagi Master, dia tu God... Mangkuk... kalau u hebat keluar 1 full nos yang confirm keluar rabu ni, kalau kena, i sembah u...
I dah beberapa kali kena nombor based on master pump up boy prediction...

Well, i can tell u i am not the **** guy but a normal guy who ever won 3 1st prize within a month, thats my best records so far... not even count those consolation and starter..

We can however try to 慳ccumulate more good luck for yrself though, by doing more good deeds and be more compassionate towards our fellow men. These will increase our good karmas and will manifest into good fortune when the circumstances are right for you. In order to have any luck at all, we must have a strong personal aura around us and within us.
Be happy. Be positive in yr outlook and thinking. Avoid anything negative at all. Negative words, actions and even thinking will attract bad karmas to us like the plague and will pull our aura down. If that happens, you can forget abt any super duper 抯ystem or whatever coz it juz aint gonna work.

They best way i to win 4d number is to use software filter out the 10000 of 4d number. This method is call "Elimination method". Eg.for ABCD nos. once that no. had lapsed for one mth or so, after its last strike, then I wud start to follow it. And when it comes out , I will eliminate it from my list and follow the next 慸ue nos. This works like a cycle for those nos.i have and it carries on and on..
To increase your chance of winning, i encourage u all to box the number...

Before u make bet, please make sure u use your strategy that give you higher chance of winning. remember not to fall into the trap of the con-man!!! is the time when u want to win the most, the easier u will fall into the trap of con-man. Please think b4 u bet.
