i want the world cup to come home
The trophy is made of 18-carat solid gold, is 36.8cm high and weighs 6.175 kg. The base is adorned with two layers of semi-precious malachite, under which are engraved the names of all FIFA World Cup winners since 1974, and the year of their triumph. Gazzaniga himself is no neutral, however, and after Italy's dramatic, last-gasp victory over Australia.

Which teams do you think will make it to the final?
Ideally, I would have liked to see a Ukraine-Germany final. Unfortunately, the draw means that they will face each other in the semi-final if they make it through the next round. I hope that the winner of this match goes on to lift the trophy.

'We can get the better of Italy`
How much further can Ukraine go in the competition and what do you think of their chances against Italy?
Anything is possible in the match against the Italians, just as it was against the Swiss. If the guys focus on the game, we can emerge victorious. Of course, it would have been very difficult had we faced Brazil in our next match but I think we have the ability to get the better of Italy.
