Slashz,ok so are you saying that the codes at the bottom of all the betting slips are calculated by hexadecimal numbering? How to calculate the winning numbers then? How to use your formula to predict numbers to be drawn more or less.The programmers for the 3 counters,are they using so sort of program similiar to what you just describe? Are you a Programmer?
