I read your post with keyword like forcasting methods, bookies, broker, worldcup. that is involving everything under the sun.
Have you watch the movie call the arc of joenne. The story is about a french girl who thought she was sent by god to save french from conquering british empire. If you have not watch the movie please watch it, it will help you to understand a lot about the world and how things moves. Your theory maybe correct for a few draw like the Arc of Joenne but what happen later.... please watch the movie, it is for your own good.
"4D as a whole is a psychological game" is your theory, Meaning that if the number does not come out from your predicted 200 or so number you assume that some big boss is trying to stop you from winning.
