SEMALAM yang berlalu menyebabkan lahirnya hari ini dan hari ini yang berjalan memungkinkan datangnya hari esok. Usia yang terdapat pada hari semalam bersambung ke hari ini dan mungkin dipanjangkan sehari lagi pada hari esok.
Pengalaman yang dilalui semalam menambah pengalaman pada hari ini dan mungkin ditambah lagi pada hari esok. Berfikir dalam pengalaman semalam memandu untuk berfikir pada hari ini dan menyebabkan seseorang terpaksa berfikir untuk hari esok. Begitulah perjalanan hidup yang lazimnya meninggalkan jejak dan jalur yang akhirnya menjadi sejarah untuk dirakam dalam pita hidup seseorang.
