But on your analogy yang macam mana cepat system tu scan to verify winning - aku rasa nie computing system jer..
Meaning, kalau hang pergi supermarket @ Tesco ker aper ke... hang beli Timun 3 biji... Kena pergi timbang.. pas u on the spot tukang timbang akan punch the price into the bar code system and later masa nak bayar - the POS scanner akan dapt detect the value of the 3 biji mentimun..
The logic I believe is the same...
Bila kita beli tiket.. the full ticket info ( sequencing ) are kept in the 4 x 22 dot ( hex representaion in the bar codes ). Meaning - the value of 8042 ( binary form ) are hidden as hex value in the bar codes. Bila 8042 is declared as winning number.... when amoi masukkan card.. the computing program will compare the stored hex codes of 8042 in cards versus the winning hex codes in server and the computer takes split second just to do that..
Dia akan bagi hitamkan semua dots supaya card tidak di scan 2 kali oleh amoi untuk angkat duit masuk poket jer...
Thats the logic... Apa yang kita try buat nie macam tak masuk akal... as the bar codes yang ada tu just for verification / comparison purposes... but some how, bila kita dok main with the hex.... pairing ler, code reading tu is just reading the hex in pure form, bar code reading tu is looking at the same hex but in dots form..
Tup tup naik... My opinion semua nie macam placebo... Ubat air kosong.. tapi bila kita percaya yang air tu ubat.. kita minum dan terasa dah ok.. Tapi kita hanya minum air.. What happens is...

oops betul 1639....hehehe. mata dah blur... nak kena pakai cermin mata dah macam nie.
Ok on your questions, Only people belive on concept will understand on it. Above is only guideline for ID draws..thats my main points. Every draw would not be same, and not every day are sunday. 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9-A,B,C,D,E,F = BASE 16. Im sure you know on this.
The most important things are the dots that representing the "NUMERIC". Concept is from right to left or left to right. Biasa ler JAWI to Rumi dan Rumi to JAWI.
Bila Ah Moi kat counter slot in the ticket dalam machine kita tengok tak sampai 1 second that machine boleh detect that ticket dah kena. So macam mana kita nak tahu apa jadi dalam machine yang bisu tu.....hehehehhe. bila ticket masuk ikut bacaan macam mana. hehehehhehe

L 1639 ler bukan L 1539.. line 4 is 0+4+2+0 = 6
Lama dah percaya...tapi nak U explain per my Q's yesterday...
