master saguni ( pls comment on miss masuk 3 batang for magnum )
Dear Master,
Pls advise on the Card below that is masuk 3 Digit for first prize in Magnum on 033/07. My Card Checking Skill is still not good & repair still no good. Can u kindly advise me.
Hexa Reading 5 5EC9 (6)567 D4(4)6 5964 D
LC= 8, 18, 9, 13
My question is
1) Is the C9 in 1st Hexa or E9 in Last Hexa that gives us the guide to take off "9" from our prediction. I remembered u said that C9 ( Can mean Cancel 9 or Calling 9) So how do we use the Calling & Cancel when see in the Hexa.
2) Is the E9 in the last Hexa mean "Element 9" that mean we must take away 9?
3) How can we relate to replace 2 into 9? is it must match back to 20 Box or NT. FYI this number i pick up from Lucky Pick Ticket (No Mati & I just made arrangement ) In this case i did not prepare 20 BOX any i dun have NT chart with me how can i use the Hex Code to replace 2 with 9?
4)Is the theory High Hexa Code shows that the number will only appear in Starter & Consolation but this appear in Podium. why?
5) LC= 8, 18, 9, 13
Winning sign with 13, but also with line counting 18, do we consider this is Mati Or Hidup??

One more time syabas!!to Mr.Kamily. Your explanation is good and extended until what number to be taken out. replacement answer is there..
I can explain here but, the noughty people will comen I "sendiri pun tak faham" Saya baru dapat tahu melalui forum ini.. komen busuk dan tiada asas.. susah mau cakap dengan orang macam ini.

Just to add to Master...

Hex mati coz of 6 in zero and 5 occuring 3 times. Line counting mati coz of one of the counting.. all was taught during lesson. So kalau 3 mati - kira mati...
Hex 1 ada show apa kena buang. Tapi hex 2 mungkin akan tunjuk kena tambah number yang salah..
So kalau 3 mati. U can determine apa kena buang tapi U cannot use that to pick replacement number..
So - kalau ada card 3 times mati. Lepas dapat 3D, just roll the card...PC Tay style. Atau pick likely HOS replacement 1 digit and then retest..

I'm answering base one, the scanned card.
Your reading of Hex and Binary are not matching at all.
This card:
2 times mati in hex codes, and once in LC. Total 3 times mati. 3 times mati means matilah. Your Line counting is also out.
C9,your request to cancel 9 and than, replacement reverse, element 9. you don't know. Come and see me again in next course.. It is ok. Or sms me. This is beautifull card can be done..
