Dear Friends,
For those who are interested, please read and understand the topic. if still can't understand i'm sorry. its not easy to learn the hex & decimal. As i can tell you all when you buy number its will representing value and weighting. Not all codes are in. 8421 is base 32, 16, 8 and 4. its mean we all have to go back to school and refresh back our memory.
